A bundle is a kit: several products sold as one. It behaves like a product on your storefront, with its own name, photographs and page, and it takes its stock from what is inside it. Products → Bundles lists yours.

Create bundle
  • Bundle name is what shoppers see.
  • Pricing mode decides how the price works. Fixed price is one flat price for the whole kit, whatever is in it. Dynamic adds up the products a shopper chooses, which is what you want when the kit lets them pick variants.
  • Products in this bundle takes at least two. The bundle inherits its category from them.
  • Base price is the kit's price under fixed pricing.
  • Status and Sales Channels work exactly as they do on a product: a bundle stays a draft until you set it active.

Availability on the right explains itself: bundle stock is derived from its products, so there is no separate count to keep. Add the products and it tells you how many kits you can sell.

What happens when one is bought

The order shows the bundle as the line a shopper bought, with the products inside it beneath, so you know what to pick and pack. Stock comes off each product inside, not off the bundle, which is why the two never drift apart.

If it does not work

  • Create bundle is greyed out: a bundle needs at least two products and a name.
  • The bundle says it is unavailable: one of the products inside it is out of stock. A kit can only sell while everything in it can.
  • Bundles are not in your sidebar: they need Professional. See plans and what is in each.
  • A shopper cannot choose a variant: that is fixed pricing. Use dynamic pricing when the kit should let them pick.
