Adding products, variants, stock levels and what happens as you sell.
Add and edit a product
A title is the only field a product needs. Everything else, photographs, price, stock, options and status, can be filled in now or later.
Collections
Group products so shoppers can browse them together. A manual collection is the one you pick; an automatic one fills itself from rules you set.
Import and export products
Upload a spreadsheet to add or update many products at once, in the format Shopify exports, and download your catalogue as a spreadsheet whenever you want it.
Product bundles
Sell several products together as a kit. The bundle is a product of its own, and its stock is worked out from the products inside it.
Product add-ons
Offer extras with a product, such as gift wrap or a spare part, that a shopper adds with one tap onto the same order line.
Order quantity limits
Set the fewest and the most of one product a shopper may buy in a single order, on the product's own form.
Reviews and ratings
Only people who bought the product can review it. Reviews publish themselves or wait for you, depending on one setting, and you can reply to any of them.
The inventory page
One page for what is running out, for a delivery you have just received, and for a count that turned out wrong. Every change says why it happened.
Locations
A location is a place you hold stock and fulfil orders from: a shop, a warehouse, a room at home. Your plan decides how many you can have.
Transfers between locations
Move stock from one of your locations to another, with both counts staying honest while it is in transit.
Low stock alerts
Get told when a product is running low, once per dip rather than once a day, with a threshold for the store and a different one on any product that needs it.
Files and your storage
Your media library. Upload a photo once and reuse it on products, collections, posts and your theme, within the storage your plan includes.
