Every store has exactly one subscription, and the subscription is on one of three plans: Starter, Professional and Scale. What each includes, and what each costs, are on the pricing page; this page is about how the plans work inside your dashboard.
Where your plan lives
Settings → Billing & Subscription shows the plan you are on, its amount and billing interval, the current period and when it renews, and your card on file if there is one. On a trial it shows the trial and when it ends instead.

Change plan opens the Plans page, where the three plans sit side by side with Current marked on yours. The selected plan opens to list what it includes; the switch at the top shows monthly or annual prices, and annual billing shows its saving beside it.

How the plans differ
The tiers are cumulative: Professional includes everything in Starter, Scale everything in Professional. Broadly:
- Starter is a complete shop: unlimited products and orders, one location, a staff seat alongside your own account, discounts, payment gateways, delivery rates, imports and exports, and the core reports.
- Professional adds the storefront editor and custom pages, the blog, reviews, bundles, abandoned-cart tracking, more locations and staff, and the full report library with longer history.
- Scale adds custom team roles, more locations and staff again, more media storage, and the advanced analytics.

The exact counts and every line are on the pricing page and on the Plans page, and those two read from the same place, so they never disagree.
What a plan gate looks like
A feature your plan does not include is still visible, so you can see what it does, but its page says which plan it needs and offers Upgrade. Nothing you have built is hidden by a downgrade: a feature you stop paying for stops working, and what you made with it waits for you.
Staff seats and locations are the two limits you can extend without changing plan: see Add-ons.
