Your storefront
Themes, your brand, navigation, pages and what shoppers see.
Choose a theme
A theme is the design your storefront wears. Preview one, apply it, and it changes your fonts, colours and page sections while keeping your menus, your brand colour, your policy pages and the words on your About, Contact and home pages.
Your brand colour and logo
Your logo, your browser icon, your brand colour and whether your storefront shows "Powered by Shoponent" all live in Settings then General, and one colour is enough because the rest of the palette follows from it.
The storefront editor
Customize opens your storefront with an editing panel beside it. Add and reorder sections, change their text and images, adjust colours and type, and nothing reaches shoppers until you publish.
The links in your header and footer
Build your own header and footer menus under Online Store then Navigation. Saving an active menu shows it on your storefront straight away, on every plan, with nothing to publish.
Pages on your storefront
Online Store then Pages lists every page on your storefront, on every plan. Open one to change its words, how it appears in search and whether shoppers see it, with one Save. Adding your own pages is on Professional and above.
Your policy pages
Every store carries a privacy policy, a shipping and returns policy and terms of service. They are published in your name, they are always linked from your footer, they can be edited, and they cannot be deleted.
Write blog posts
Online Store then Blog Posts is a full article editor with categories, tags and search-engine settings, on Professional and above. You can drop your own products into a post so readers can buy what they are reading about.
Let shoppers chat to you on WhatsApp
Add your WhatsApp number under Settings then WhatsApp Chat and a chat button appears on your storefront. Messages open in the shopper's own WhatsApp, so there is nothing to install and nothing to pay per message.
Your contact form and where messages land
Your Contact page's words, the contact details it shows and its form are all under Online Store then Pages then Contact, on every plan. Everything a shopper sends arrives in your Enquiries inbox, and optionally in your email as well.
Collect newsletter signups
Turn on signups under Settings then Newsletter and shoppers can join your list from four places on your storefront. You collect and export the list; sending the emails is done in your own email tool.
Your checkout settings
Settings then Checkout controls whether shoppers can check out without an account, what they read if your store is busy, and, on higher plans, your own checkout message, questions and abandoned-cart tracking.
How tax works on your prices
Your prices already include tax. Turning tax on does not add anything to what a shopper pays: it records the tax portion of each order and discloses it beside the total.
