Payments
How shoppers pay you, and how the money reaches your bank.
Accept manual bank transfers
Customers transfer into your bank account and upload proof, and you confirm each payment yourself. It needs a verified payout account and nothing else.
Pay on delivery
Customers pay cash when the order reaches them, or at your counter if they collect. It needs nothing set up, and you mark the order paid when you have the money.
Connect Paystack
Take card, transfer and USSD payments on your own Paystack account. You paste your keys, we run the charge on your account, and the money settles to you on Paystack's terms.
Connect Monnify
Take card, transfer and USSD payments on your own Monnify account. You paste your API key, secret key and contract code, and the money settles to you on Monnify's terms.
Charge foreign cards with Stripe
Stripe is how a customer paying in dollars, pounds or euros is charged in that currency. It uses your own Stripe account and a restricted key, and it appears at checkout only for a currency you have enabled.
Your payout account
The bank account your money is paid into, and the one customers transfer to. You add it once, it is verified against the bank, and changing it later goes through support on purpose.
Transactions, and what each status means
Transactions lists every movement of money on your store, one row per charge or refund, with the fee and what you keep. Here is what each figure and each status is saying.
