Your profile, password and sign-in options
Your name, contact details and password live under Profile Settings in your account, shared by every store you work in.
Active sessions and signing out everywhere
Every browser you are signed in on is listed under Active Sessions. Sign out any one of them from there, or all of them at once.
Invite a team member
Invite someone by email from Settings, Team, choose the role they get, and they join the store when they accept. Every plan includes staff seats.
Accept an invitation
An invitation email links to a page that shows the store, your role and the account you are accepting as. Accept, and the store is in your workspace.
What each role can do
Four built-in roles on every plan. The owner can do everything, an admin runs the store but not its billing or team, staff handle products, orders and customers, a viewer only looks.
Custom roles
On Scale, build a role from the exact permissions you want, area by area, and assign it when you invite someone or change their role.
How many staff your plan allows
Each plan's team size counts everyone who can sign in to your store, you included, and everyone but you takes a staff seat. When the seats are used, extra seats are bought one at a time as an add-on, without changing plan.
